We are located 7 miles from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. We are also right down the street from great shopping and restaurants. Our one bedroom, one bathroom guest suite rents for $2,000/month. Our two bedroom, two bathroom guest suite rents for $2,200/month. This price includes all of the utilities, including cable TV and internet access, furniture, linens & towels, pots and pans & silverware.
Our beautiful luxury apartment homes feature a ceramic tile entry and beige Berber carpet. They have modern kitchens with natural wood grain cabinets and white, energy efficient GE appliances. There are built in microwaves, water filters, icemakers in the refrigerators, and include washer/dryer sets. All homes come with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room and mini-blinds on all the windows.
There is a one month minimum stay and our standard residential qualifications apply. When you are ready to reserve your vacation home, please inquire about current availability of the floor plan that you select. Would you like to visit our community to view our model apartment home? We are open Mon. – Fri. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Sat. 10:00am - 5:00pm. Sun. we are closed.
