Our one bedrooms are fully carpeted in a neutral tone with ceramic or linoleum tile in the kitchens and bathrooms and include vertical blinds for privacy as well as marble window sills in every room. The heat cost is included in the rent, so our residents are only responsible for water and electricity. Wilson White Management also pays for trash removal and periodic pest control. All of our apartments are air-conditioned.
