Our apartments are quality living at affordable prices. Rent is starting at $821 a month for an up or downstairs unit or $894 a month for a bungalow (a unit with no one living above or below it) . All units are 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom with a detached 1 car garage at no additional cost. Security deposit starts at just $299 O.A.C.. All apartments are 840 square feet of space. We are a gated community with an on site bilingual manager, we have a large pool, fitness center, extra free carport parking and 4 laundry rooms with WEB coinless laundry. Utilities we provide are water, sewer, and trash. All apartments will come with gas stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, ceiling fan, dual pane windows, carpet, vertical blinds and central heating and air. We accept small pets up to 25 pounds with a $300 pet deposit. We have 12 month leases or 6 month leases , the 6 month leases are $50 more per month. You can move in as soon as possible or whenever you are ready, if you move in on the middle of the month we do prorate so you only pay for the days you were in it. We do accept certified cashiers checks and money orders. it is $30 for one adult or $50 for two adults credit checks, it takes about 48 hours to process an application and to get an answer back.
