Description:	The community of Coddingtown Mall Apartments consists of all one bedroom units in a 230-unit complex built in 1984. Each unit includes: carpet, blinds, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The kitchen is all-electric; the heater and water heater are gas. Carpet and vinyl flooring are in neutral colors, blinds are off-white. Each unit is 600 square feet and has a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. Sewer, water and garbage are paid by the owner. Each tenant is responsible for their own electricity, telephone, and cable TV. There is a laundry room in the complex with ten washers and dryers. One covered parking space is assigned to each apartment at no extra cost. One (1) indoor cat is allowed with an additional $400 security deposit. All units are rented on a month-to-month basis. A non-refundable screening fee is required of each applicant at the time of application. A $200 holding deposit is required at the time your application is accepted and will be applied to your security deposit. A rental appointment will be made with you, at which time you will bring the balance of your move-in costs, payable in Cashier's Check or Money Order Only. After move-in costs are paid, you may pay future rents by personal check.
