The house is located 3 blocks from Eisenhower Park, 1 mile from Hofstra and Nassau Community College, less than a mile from the Nassau University Medical Center, a short walk to a large shopping area, and has easy access to the Meadowbrook and Wantagh State Parkways (1 mile and 2 miles away respectively). I'm a male in my late late-20s looking for a roommate (a professional or student) between 21-35. $900/month rent includes heat, electric, water, tv, phone, internet.
