The apartment I have has 3 bedrooms - 2 private rooms & 1 double room (which is what i have) There are two private rooms for one person and they have their own bathroom. Then there is a hallway leading into the double room (which is the one im trying to give away). The double room is shared. It could be a friend and or after you fill out your profile sheet - the staff will match the person that best fits with you. The roommate I had was a perfect match for me.
