If you have driven by on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday you will have seen the 100 people or so trying to get in. This complex is without a doubt the most exclusive apartment complex in the valley. Now for info about the apartment and the complex. My apartment is located on the 4th floor with an awesome view. The cool thing about living on the fourth floor is that all the amenities are only a short walk away because they're also located on the fourth floor. Also the balconies on the fourth floor are the biggest in the complex. The apartment comes with free internet (Wi-fi also included) and basic cable. Electricity is extra but is split amongst three people which usually comes out to about $40.00-$50.00 dollars apiece. Also with my unit I'm offering my parking spot for the first half of the lease for free. The parking is $1000.00 for the year broken into two payments of $500.00. I already paid for the first half as an incentive I will give it to whoever rents my apartment for free. I live with two cool outgoing guys. I by no means want to move but have been offered a better opportunity to go to Grad school on the east coast. So, I'm trying to get out of my lease asap. My loss is your gain.
