Between Highland Square and the University - we're about halfway between, it's a short walk to either one. It's probably a short bike ride too, but my bicycle is broken so I can only estimate. We're close to Glendale Cemetery as well, if that makes any difference to you. $700/month (total) and you pay your own gas and electric. You're welcome to share my WIFI but you'll need to get your own cable, they're kind of sticklers about that.
